AS I walked down Corporation Road, in Darlington, I slipped and fell, striking the back of my head.
A young man riding a red racing bike stopped to help. He gathered my things up, which had fallen out of my handbag, including my mobile phone, and rang an ambulance.
I went to hospital where I had stitches in the back of my head.
I would like my mobile phone back, I have called my number, which is answered, but there is no reply to my asking for my phone back.
E Snaith, Darlington.
