THERE is a law which says if you hit or kill a dog you have to report it. But how anyone can injure or kill is beyond me. Someone reversed over one of my beloved cat, and left him to die.
I rushed him to the vets, but nothing could be done.
I am now campaigning to get the same law for cats and have received a reply from 10 Downing Street.
Families of these poor animals are left devastated and our hearts never heal.
