WE can’t tell people which bus they should use, but I have to say the No 85 Barnard Castle to Bishop Auckland service and the No 84 to Darlington and back, operated by Scarlet Band, don’t get the credit and support they richly deserve.
On many occasions people seem to stand back and let Scarlet Band go by rather than use them.
After all, they did put on a service for us when other companies said no.
So come on and show some support by using this excellent service, or you will lose it and it will be lost forever.
The drivers are co-operative, friendly and pleasant.
