RUBBISH DUMPED: Fly tipping in the Heighington area of Darlington
IT’S obvious from the plight of our streets and countryside regarding the amount of rubbish dumped that some drastic action should be taken.
People who use their cars to dump rubbish should have their vehicles taken off them to be crushed.
Anyone using a gun or knife to commit a crime would have them taken away.
Dumping rubbish is a criminal activity that is costing the country thousands of pounds. Anyone having their car removed would have no access to dump their rubbish on such a large scale.
