HALF the Square EastEnders (BBC1) is still dealing with the fallout from the ongoing investigation into Lucy's death – and it's only going to get worse when a resident is charged with her murder.

It's a development that looks set to tear families apart, and results in at least one fight, while two people start to wonder if their future lies outside Walford.

However, in the midst of all the accusations and recriminations, Vincent has his own mystery to solve as he tries to find out what's really going on between Claudette and Les.

Paul insists he made a mistake and their relationship is purely platonic, but when Vincent spots a postcard at the Cokers' which suggests Les and Claudette were both in Gran Canaria at the same time, he decides to have it out with his mum.

Claudette blames Paul for stirring it all up, and he agrees to back off if she'll promise to keep her distance from his family. Unfortunately, that proves easier said than done when Pam asks for her help with the Cokers' centenary party, and after spotting Les and Claudette laughing together, Paul finally shares his suspicions with his grandmother...

Meanwhile, Stacey receives a surprising phone call.

Over in Coronation Street (ITV), Bethany continues her efforts to impress Callum, even offering to carry out another delivery of drugs for him. Later, she tries to kiss him, but he backs off after spotting Sarah in the distance. Bethany is jealous when she sees her mum get up close and personal with the man she wants for herself, and tries to put doubts in her mind about their relationship by mentioning that Callum enjoys eyeing up other women.

When Sarah confronts Callum about this claim, Bethany is forced to back down – and promise she will do anything he says from now on.

Elsewhere, Sally despairs at Tim's lack of ambition, while he announces he's tired of being constantly compared to Kevin.

Robert attempts to sweet talk his way back into Chrissie's good books in Emmerdale (ITV) – but when that doesn't work, he resorts to threatening to use the photos of her kissing Cain.

His estranged wife recruits Ross to steal the incriminating snaps, but what she doesn't know is that her henchman is also under orders from Charity to break up Cain's marriage, and it isn't long before the photos find their way into Moira's hands.

Convinced his work is now done, Ross tells Debbie they are free to leave together, and she sits down to write a Dear John letter to Pete.

Unfortunately, before the lovers can do a runner, Cain drop a bombshell that could convince his daughter that she's chosen the wrong Barton. But even if Debbie changes her mind, can she get to Pete before he reads her note?

Elsewhere, Pollard collapses following Val's court hearing, which leaves his wife determined to avoid prison – even if she has to fake her own death to do it.

Meanwhile, Sandy takes a tumble, Harriet hears some worrying news, and Lachlan has revenge in mind – but at least Joanie and Rodney seem to be having a good time.
