Kleiber: Mozart (Medici Masters MMO11-2) These historic recordings include Erich Kleiber conducting the Kolner Rundfunk-Sinfonie-Orchester Mozart's Symphony No 39.

Rubinstein: Beethoven/Saint-Saens (BBC Legends BBCL 4216-2) Artur Rubinstein never failed to please. And so it is with these superb performances of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No 4 and Saint-Saens' Piano Concerto No.2, recorded in the 50s and 60s in the Royal Festival Hall. Well worthwhile.

Handel: Maria Bayo Naive (Estree) E8674.This is a fantastic budget price Baroque series. Opera arias with soprano Maria Bayo are performed with verve.

Allegri: Miserere, Messe, Motets / A Sei Voci E8524. The Miserere, once the exclusive property of the papacy for use in the Sistine Chapel, is given lavish treament by the A Sei Voic ensemble in this highly recommended CD.
