AFTER appearing at the Arc in Stockton in one of her first UK shows in 20 years in June of last year, Julia Fordham is back at the venue on Saturday (August 9).
Playing a handful of dates in the country, Fordham will be performing tracks from her latest album, Under The Rainbow, as well as songs from her extensive back catalogue.
Now living in California, she came to prominence in the 1980s with records such as her self-titled debut and Porcelain.
Special guests on the night are the Peter Grant and Danny McCormack Duo. Singer Peter was signed to Universal Records at the age of 16, and saw his debut album New Vintage hit the UK Top 10 in 2006, while pianist Danny has been musical director for Van Morrison and Tony Christie and has spent the last ten years touring with Roy Wood.
