The suites are suitable for between one and six people (the largest being around 600sq.ft) and are part furnished, making them most suitable for start-up or small growing businesses.
Reasonable monthly charges will include rent, rates, power, heat and water, toilet and kitchen facilities, and the use of a communal meeting room. Car parking is provided and separate warehouse space can be made available at nominal rents if required.
The estate has excellent access to the A690 and A1M.
Lessees will need to arrange their own telephone and internet connections and will be given secure sole access to individual suites through a central reception area.
