MORALEE and Co has sold its second North-East pub in two weeks.
The sale of The Croxdale, in County Durham, was agreed within three weeks of being put on the market, off an asking price of £695,000.
"This was a freehold pub business in a great location, with a good restaurant and accommodation trade, as such it generated a huge amount of interest from a wide range of buyers," said Michael Wilds, of Moralee and Co.
who handled the sale.
"It was bought by Enterprise Inns which owns thousands of public houses across the UK."
