BOSSES at a North-East law firm have made an appointment in its property team.
Swinburne Maddison, in Durham City, has welcomed Simon Robinson.
Mr Robinson was formerly head of BHP Law’s commercial and agricultural property team, and joins Swinburne as a partner.
He also has extensive experience from working in major firms in London and Leeds.
Mr Robinson said: “It’s great to be joining Swinburne Maddison at such an exciting time.”
Victoria Walton, head of commercial property, added: “We are thrilled Simon has decided to join us at a time when we are experiencing steady growth. He brings extensive experience and knowledge of both commercial and agricultural property. While these are areas where we already have an excellent track record, Simon’s background and reputation are such that we expect to build further on that and increase the number of clients who choose the practice when looking for sound property related legal advice.”
Swinburne Maddison acts for a diverse client base across the UK, including major commercial and residential property developers, healthcare companies, schools and education trusts.
