A PAYROLL manager has been recruited by an accountancy firm offering a new client service.
Kenneth Easby LLP has appointed Aimi Smith to ensure wages are processed smoothly.
The firm of chartered accountants has branches in Darlington, Northallerton and Bedale, North Yorkshire.
Miss Smith, who holds an advanced practitioner certificate in payroll, will offer clients a tailored service, from handling weekly or monthly payroll to dealing with HM Revenue and Customs.
Ken Graham, managing partner, said: “We have established a payroll bureau and, for the first time, we are promoting this as a separate service.
“Our approach to business is to offer our clients and potential clients a comprehensive range of services and to assist their businesses as effectively and efficiently as possible.
“With this in mind, establishing a fully comprehensive payroll service is a natural add-on to our practice and enables clients to do what they do best, run their own businesses.”
