AN accountancy firm is freezing all its charge out rates for the coming year to help clients affected by the economic downturn.
K Sharkey & Co Accountants, in Stanley, County Durham, has taken the step after a number of clients were seen to be struggling to pay bills.
Director Ken Sharkey said: “Most firms are putting fees up to help get through the difficult times ahead, but we have decided to freeze our fees so our clients don’t suffer.”
The firm employs 11 staff.
