LAW firm Watson Burton advised a North-East publishing company on the acquisition of a national magazine.
The Newcastle firm provided legal advice to Cobweb Information, of Gateshead, on the purchase of Better Business, a monthly magazine for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Cobweb Information provides business information services to small business owners, business support agencies, libraries and councils.
Managing director Colin Weatherspoon said: "Cobweb has developed a great network of entrepreneurs and agencies through its widely available services, and by acquiring Better Business we have added a valuable dimension to our work."
