A librarian and tram driver from Croydon enjoyed the thrill of stunt driving for a day, when they were chosen as contestants for a wacky new television show.
Lucy Tosh, 29, who works at the Children's Library on Katherine Street, and Mike Flanagan, 28, a tram driver from Thornton Heath, responded to an appeal from a new Sky television show called Drive of Your Life.
The show challenges members of the public to new driving experiences like a military tank.
Lucy and Mike were taken to the National Driving Centre in Waddon for a skid-training challenge.
Lucy, who occasionally drives Croydon's mobile library, said: “It was an incredible day, fun, but also good experience because I learned how to control a skid.”
