DIXON Margaret The family of the late Margaret wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Thank you for all the cards, letters of condolence and floral tributes which were a great comfort. Special thanks to Reverend Janet Titterton for the service and to all who attended. Thanks also to the staff on Ward 6 at Durham University Hospital for your excellent care, and to the staff of Co-Operative Funeralcare in Spennymoor for your professionalism.
