HOLLIDAY Mavis Fred, Frederick, Christine, Carolyn and Veronica would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind thoughts and expressions of sympathy following the sad loss of Mavis. Grateful thanks to Middleton Hall for the dedicated care and comfort given to Mavis and the family. Thanks also to Ward 43, Darlington Memorial Hospital and Riverside Care Home for the wonderful care over the last few months and to the many carers and health professionals for their devoted support over the last few years. Special thanks to all those who attended the service at St Johns church, Ingleton and for the generous donation in Mavis's memory. Many thanks to Carl and staff at John Blenkiron for their guidance, support and kindness during this sad time.
