ATKINSON The family of the late Elsie wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement and for the many cards, flowers and the generous donations received for St. Cuthbert's Hospice, Durham. Sincere thanks for the specialist nursing care, reassurance and support which Elsie and her family received during her short stays at Lyons Court Evenwood and West Lodge at Billy Row Crook. Special thanks to all doctors, staff and district nurses at the North House Surgery, Crook and in particular Dr Gayer. A huge thank you to the Rev Vincent Fenton for a comforting and fitting service and to Matthew Gibson and Gibson's Funeral Services for their support and guidance and finally for the catering provided by the Carriage Crook. Elsie will always be remembered for her radiant smile and willingness and helpful nature towards others. She will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege to know her. xx
