ASKWITH Eleanor and Elizabeth Askwith would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy, cards and floral tributes during their recent sad bereavement of Peggy. Extra special thanks to Betty, her wonderful carer, Margaret, Maureen and John. Most grateful thanks to Scott of Gibsons Funeral Services for his help and guidance and also to Rev, Jon Whalley for a comforting service. Appreciation also to Durham University Hospital and Weardale Community Hospital.
