NELSON Linda, Gillian, Andrew and family would like to express their most sincere appreciation to family, friends and neighbours for their flowers, comforting letters and cards of condolence received following the very sudden loss of David. Thanks to Rev. Brenda Bloomfield for such a moving service, to Dorothy, Judith the organist and a very special thank you to Duncan for his eulogy - truly loving and fitting. To all our dear families and friends who packed the church- overwhelming and extremely comforting and with donations of over £1,670 for the charities- a huge tribute to David. A very special thanks to our dear friends Charlie, Malcolm, Robin and Tony for acting as bearers. To Kathleen, Clare, Ann and Dorothy for their help in the church, Utterly Scrumptious catering, the Village Hall and friends who helped serve refreshments. Thank you everyone.Very special thanks to Chris Hardy of Hardy's Funeral Service for his professionalism in organising the funeral and care of the family at an extremely difficult time.
