JOHNSON The family of the late Sarah wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours and for all the support, kindness and sympathy at this very sad time. Also for all the lovely cards, flowers and donations to Age UK. Special thanks to Rev Neville Vine for a beautiful service which captured the essence of Sarah. Also thanks to the Co-operative Funeralcare for providing a professional and dignified funeral and to Colin Farlow and Dawn for Funeral Arrangements
