HODGSON John William The family of the late John William Hodgson wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and former work colleagues for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the cards, flowers and donations to the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, Marie Curie and Macmillan Cancer Care. Thanks to Dr Thompson, Mr Hartley (Consultant) and Ann Hurren (SALT) and all the staff on ENT Ward at Sunderland Royal. Special thanks to the Community Nurses and Dale Care, thanks to Rev. Carl Peters for a comforting service and Glenn Prince of Co-op Funeralcare for funeral arrangements.
