WAKEFIELD Joan wishes to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours, near and far, for their kind expressions of sympathy on the recent passing of Tony. Special thanks to Margaret and Richard and Molly and Bryan for their support and care. Thanks also to the specialist palliative care support team, district nurses and carers, and to Rev. Paul Peverell for the thanksgiving service for Tony's life, also to Barthram's Funeral Services, with special thanks to Alan.
