COOKE Kim Paul, Lewis and Brodie wish to express their heartfelt thanks following their recent sad loss of Kim. Sincere thanks to Station View Medical Practice, wards 14 and 43 Darlington Memorial Hospital, Mr M. Gibson, Funeral Director, Reverend N. Vine and Marion and Phil for guidance, support, care and attention shown. Thank you to family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for kindness, cards and support during this sad time. You have raised £450 in Kim's memory for the Great North Air Ambulance. Special thanks to Antony and Tracy, George and Anne, Hilary and Steven, Jackie and Johnny, Kevin and Sue, Middy, Paula and Bernard, Rachel and Kevin,Toni and Stan and to Nora and Reg for their ongoing support and for giving us a loving wife and mam.
