APPLEBY John (Jack) The family of the late Jack wish to thank all their relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy, cards and charitable donations received following their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks must go to the true professionals who cared for Jack during his long illness especially the district nurses, Stephen in particular for his help and reassuring words of comfort during difficult times. Heartfelt thanks also go to the Marie Curie nurses for the care and thoughtful support they gave, not just to Jack, but to the whole of the family during their many visits at all times of the day and night also thanks to Minister Les Lewis for his comforting service and to staff of Co-operative Funeral Directors for their help and guidance.
