TURNBULL Julie's family would like to thank friends and relatives for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavment also for the cards and beautiful floral tributes. Special thanks to everyone who attended the service, to Dr. Lavender, the wonderful District Nurses, The Macmillan Nurses and Julie's carers Cherrie and Tina. We would also like to thank Rev. Lynda Gough for a lovely service and John Whitehouse and the staff of Whitehouse Funeral Service for their caring professional support during this difficult time.
