BIRD Mary Audrey (known as Audrey), aged 88 years, passed away peacefully in Darlington Memorial Hospital on November 7, 2017. Beloved aunt of Nicholas, Michael and Helen. Requiem Mass to be held at St Thomas Aquinas RC Church on Wednesday, November 22 at 12.30p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations, to be made to NSPCC.

So sorry to find out the sad news today of the passing of Audrey. Audrey was a lovely lady, friendly and always keen to know how my daughter who took up the career of teaching was doing. Audrey was so pleased when my daughter Claire walked from our house on her wedding day this year in her wedding dress to see Audrey before she went to church, Audrey said she couldn't believe someone would do that for an old lady. We in our household will remember Audrey our condolences are sent to all her family.
