BAINBRIDGE Ethel of Cotherstone, passed away peacefully at Redworth House Care Home, Shildon, on September 8, aged 82 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Sid, much loved mam to Ian and Julie, mother-in-law to Pamela and Paddy, adored grandma to Peter, Rees and Evan and a great-grandma to Luke. Funeral service to be held at St Cuthbert's Church, Cotherstone on Wednesday, September 20, at 11.00 am followed by burial at Cotherstone Cemetery. Friends please meet at the church. Donations in lieu of flowers for Dementia UK may be given on the plate provided in the church or sent care of John Blenkiron & Sons Ltd, Funeral Directors, 19 Galgate, Barnard Castle, DL12 8EQ.
