DIXON Crook On July 15, David aged 66 years. Loving husband of Norma, dearest father of Marie and Tracey, dear father-in-law of Sam, also loving brother of Violet and Susan. Friends and family please meet for service at Durham Crematorium on Friday July 28, at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given to Macmillan as you leave the crematorium.
