SAVAGE (nee Davison) January 10. (Peacefully in Dipton Manor Care Home) of Stanley Court, Stanley and formerly of Darlington, Doreen aged 81 years. Beloved wife of the late Don, a much missed mam of Graham, Paul and Anita, a loving nana and great-nana and sister of Margaret. Friends please meet for service at Darlington Crematorium on Wednesday, January 25 at 11.15a.m.

So sorry to hear that Doreen has died, I was lucky enough to work alongside Doreen at Dressers many years ago and I was again in her company when I worked for Age Concern in Chester-Le-Street when Don and Doreen moved to a bungalow near my office. Fond memories of a very lovely and funny lady. Thinking of her family at this sad time, I know how much she loved you all and how proud she was of you. Tracy Freeman xx
