JACKSON 'Patricia Rose' Peacefully on September 19, surrounded by her loving family, Pat aged 82 years. Loving wife of the late Harrison and dearly loved mum of Hilary and Mark, mother-in-law of Huw and a devoted gran of Lucy, Harrison and Elle. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, September 29, at Elmridge Methodist Church, at 1.00p.m., followed by cremation at Darlington Crematorium, at 2.15p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to St. Teresa's Hospice.
