BROWN (nee Marquis) February 7, peacefully at home with family at her side after an illness borne with great courage and dignity, June Avril, of Newton Aycliffe, formerly St. Helens, aged 58 years. Devoted wife of Allen, a beloved daughter, a loving and much loved mam to Nicola, Craig, Lee, Tracy, Jason and Matthew, a very special nana and great-nana, also a very dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and good friend to many. Will family and friends please meet for service at St. Clare's Church, Newton Aycliffe on Wednesday, February 17 at 11.15a.m., followed by interment in West Cemetery, Newton Aycliffe. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of June may if desired be offered for the M.A.R.A Unit at Bishop Auckland General Hospital. As this is a celebration of June's life guests should not feel obliged to wear mourning colours, brightly coloured clothing will be welcome.
