RUTHERFORD September 29, peacefully at home after a courageous battle against illness, Averil aged 65 years, of Langley Moor. Much loved and loving wife of Malcolm, dearly loved mam of Tony, Paul and Keith, dear mother-in-law to Kat, Diane and Cherie, precious sister of Christine, Carol, Joan and the late Ann, devoted grandma to her seven grandchildren. Friends please meet for service at St. Andrew’s Methodist Church, Brandon on Thursday, October 8 at 2.45p.m. Cremation to follow at Durham Crematorium at 3.30p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Macmillan and District Nurses. Averil’s wishes are that a splash of pink is to be worn. Precious memories of a dearly loved auntie from Julie, Mandy, Emma and Kids.
