TYERS On April 11, peacefully in Brockwell Court, Consett, formerly of Pringle Place, New Brancepeth, Alfred (P.O.W. Veteran) aged 96 years. Beloved husband of the late Nora (nee Wallace). Friends please meet for service in St. Catherine's Church, New Brancepeth, on Tuesday, April 22, at 2.45pm., followed by cremation at Durham. All welcome for refreshments in New Brancepeth Club afterwards. Family flowers only please, donations may be given after the service in envelopes please for the British Red Cross.
