MARTIN DUBRAVKA will make his Newcastle United debut in this afternoon's home game with Manchester United.

The Slovakian goalkeeper replaces Karl Darlow, having joined Newcastle on deadline day as he signed on loan from Czech team Sparta Prague.

However, there is no place in the Newcastle squad for their other deadline-day signing, Islam Slimani.

The Algerian striker was nursing a thigh injury when he joined the Magpies on loan from Leicester City, and the problem has not healed sufficiently for him to be involved this afternoon.

Rafael Benitez has made two changes from the side that drew at Crystal Palace last weekend, with Florian Lejeune replacing Ciaran Clark in the back four.

Jose Mourinho has made four changes to his Manchester United side, with Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial both returning to the visitors' starting XI.
