If England were to win Euro 2024 and beat Spain in just a few hours, it would mean an awful lot to so many people.
Gareth Southgate’s side has made it all the way to the final of the tournament once again after a rollercoaster ride over the last few weeks.
The Three Lions will play against Spain at Olympiastadion in Berlin, with kick-off from 8pm, and could become the first senior England men's team to win a major tournament on foreign soil.
However, if they were to be crowned Euro 2024 winners, as well as making history their kit would also see a significant change.
The history of the European Championship
How will England's kit change if they win Euro 2024 final?
England’s iconic white football shirt would be given a bit of a makeover, and a special badge would be added, if they were to claim the trophy.
Previously, Portugal wore the white crest, which features a picture of the trophy along with the words “UEFA European Champions” after winning Euro 2016, reports The Sun.
This was later followed by Italy who then claimed the badge following their win against England in 2021 at the last Euros final held at Wembley.
The reigning teams are allowed to wear the famous badge until the next tournament begins.
For England, this could be until the 2026 World Cup, starting on June 11 in a couple of years’ time, hosted by Canada, Mexico and the United States.
A chance to make history.
