Newcastle United, Sunderland and Middlesbrough are all represented at the World Cup.

The Magpies have five current players in action, plus Garang Kuol who is signing in January; Sunderland have two and Boro one.

Newcastle have Nick Pope, Kieran Trippier and Callum Wilson in the England squad, Bruno Guimarães playing for Brazil and Fabian Schar in the Switzerland squad, plus Kuol who is representing Australia.

Bailey Wright of Sunderland and Boro's Riley McGree are also in the Australia squad. And Sunderland's Jewison Bennette is in the Costa Rica squad.

Here's when they're in action in Qatar:

Australia (Wright, McGree and Kuol)

The Socceroos are in Group D and will come up against France, Tunisia and Denmark.

Wright, McGree and Kuol will kick-off their campaign against defending champions France next Tuesday, November 22 at 7pm. They then face Tunisia on Saturday, November 26 at 10am and Denmark on Wednesday, November 30 at 3pm.

Brazil (Bruno)

Much-fancied Brazil and Bruno play their first game against Serbia on Thursday, November 24 at 7pm.

They then take on Switzerland four days later on Monday, November 28 at 4pm before their final group game against Cameroon on Friday, December 2 at 7pm.

Costa Rica (Bennette)

Bennette's Costa Rica take on Spain, Japan and Germany in a tough looking group.

Spain are first up on Wednesday, November 23 at 4pm. They then play Japan on Sunday, November 27 at 10am and Germany on Thursday, December 1 at 7pm.

England (Pope, Trippier and Wilson)

It's Iran first up for England in Group B on Monday, November 21 at 1pm.

USA are up next on Friday, November 25 at 7pm before the final group game against Wales on Tuesday, November 29 at 7pm.

Switzerland (Schar)

Schar will come up against Newcastle teammate Bruno in Group G when Switzerland play Brazil on Monday, November 28 at 4pm.

First up, though, is Cameroon on Thursday, November 24 at 10am. Their final group game is against Serbia on Friday, December 2 at 7pm.
