HARTLEPOOL UNITED have been drawn away to non-league opposition in the FA Cup first round.

Pools will head to Solihull Moors in what could prove a tricky tie, with their opponents currently sitting in sixth position in the National League table.

Northern Premier League side South Shields will be hoping to spring a surprise after they were handed a first-round home tie against League One Forest Green Rovers.

Kevin Phillips' side booked their place in the first round when they beat Scunthorpe United in the final qualifying round at the weekend.

Having drawn with Wrexham on Saturday, Blyth Spartans head to the Racecourse Ground for a replay tomorrow evening. The winners of that tie will host Oldham Athletic or Chester City in the first round.

Gateshead also face a fourth qualifying-round replay against Altrincham, with the winner of that game hosting Stevenage in the first round.
