NEIL WARNOCK has been forced into a major defensive reshuffle for Middlesbrough's home game with Peterborough.
As expected, Sol Bamba is the only defender to feature in the starting line-up, meaning Warnock will have to make major changes to his defence.
Paddy McNair and Jonny Howson are both starting, and there is a chance the midfield duo could play alongside Bamba as part of a back three. Alternatively, McNair could play at centre-half with Howson remaining in midfield.
If Boro play with a back three, Onel Hernandez and Marcus Tavernier are likely to line up as wing-backs.
Further forward, Martin Payero returns to the starting line-up, with Duncan Watmore and Andraz Sporar set to start in attack along with Uche Ikpeazu.
MIDDLESBROUGH (3-4-3): Lumley; Howson, Bamba, McNair; Hernandez, Crooks, Payero, Tavernier; Watmore, Ikpeazu, Sporar.
Subs: Daniels, Olusanya, Lea Siliki, Kokolo, Jones, Coburn.
