CALLUM WILSON returns to Newcastle United's starting line-up for the first time since early February as the Magpies entertain Arsenal at St James' Park this afternoon.

Wilson replaces Joelinton in the only change to the side that started last weekend's 1-1 draw at Liverpool.

The England international missed two months with a hamstring injury, but is now back to full strength after a trio of substitute appearances.

Fabian Schar is back on the substitutes' bench after having come through 45 minutes of last week's reserves game with Crystal Palace unscathed.

With Joe Willock ineligible to face his permanent employers, Matty Longstaff and Elliott Anderson both feature on the substitutes' bench.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang returns to Arsenal's starting line-up, having completed his recovery from a bout of malaria.

The Gunners have more than half-an-eye on Thursday's Europa League semi-final second leg with Villarreal, where they will attempt to overturn a 2-1 deficit at the Emirates, but Mikel Arteta has nevertheless named a strong side for today's game.
