NEWCASTLE UNITED defender DeAndre Yedlin is currently unavailable because of a problem with his visa.
Yedlin was not involved in this evening's 2-0 defeat at Aston Villa, and also did not feature in the squad for last weekend's loss at Arsenal.
The American international had established himself as Newcastle's first-choice right-back, but visa complications mean he is not currently available for selection.
At this stage, it is not known whether Yedlin will be able to train until the situation is resolved.
When asked about Yedlin's absence from tonight's game at Villa Park, Newcastle boss Steve Bruce said: "“There’s an issue with his visa.
"I’m not sure quite how quickly it will be resolved, but there’s certainly an issue there. We’ll let you know when he’s available.”
