6 Willis: Used his pace to get his team out of trouble at the back
7 Hume: Good return to the side - solid defensively and fine cross for Gooch’s goal
8 GOOCH: Excellent volley with his weaker left-foot gave him the platform for a really good display
7 Dobson: Worked hard and offered that bit of composure on the ball in the middle of the park
6 Leadbitter: Solid afternoon in the engine room for the Black Cats skipper
7 McGeady: Flashes of real quality, including his goal, were too good for his opponents
7 Maguire: Unselfish play for McNulty’s goal and took a few blows from Accrington’s big defenders
