JACK ROSS has made four changes to his Sunderland side for this afternoon's home game with Doncaster Rovers.
In the wake of last weekend's remarkable 5-4 home defeat to Coventry City, the Black Cats boss has changed both of his centre-halves.
Alim Ozturk will partner Jimmy Dunne at the heart of the back four, with Tom Flanagan dropping to the substitutes' bench and Jack Baldwin dropping out of the matchday squad entirely.
Lee Cattermole returns at the base of midfield, having been an unused substitute last weekend, with Grant Leadbitter losing his place in the starting line-up.
And the final alteration sees Aiden McGeady replacing Will Grigg in the starting side.
Grigg's omission means Charlie Wyke will start as a lone striker, with George Honeyman and Max Power looking to break forward from midfield.
SUNDERLAND (4-1-4-1): McLaughlin; O'Nien, Dunne, Ozturk, Oviedo; Cattermole; Morgan, Honeyman, Power, McGeady; Wyke.
Subs: Ruiter (gk), Flanagan, Hume, Leadbitter, Gooch, Maguire, Grigg.
DONCASTER (4-3-3): Marosi; Blair, Downing, Butler, Andrew; Kane, Whiteman, Rowe; Coppinger, Marquis, Wilks.
