LEE CATTERMOLE and Chris Maguire return to Sunderland's starting line-up for this evening's home game with Gillingham.
Tom Flanagan is also back in the side, with Jack Ross making three changes from the team that started Friday's 2-2 draw with Accrington Stanley.
Cattermole is set to start alongside Grant Leadbitter at the heart of the Sunderland midfield, with Maguire expected to play off lone striker Will Grigg after coming off the bench to claim two assists against Accrington.
Lynden Gooch and Charlie Wyke drop out of the side that started on Friday evening.
Flanagan will partner Jimmy Dunne at the heart of the back four, with Jack Baldwin dropping out of the matchday squad after his mistimed tackle resulted in the penalty that enabled Accrington to open the scoring four days ago.
