MIDDLESBROUGH have injury worries ahead of one of the biggest games of the season.

Boro play Leeds United at the Riverside tomorrow (1pm).

Jordan Hugill and Britt Assombalonga started up front in the embarrassing defeat to League Two Newport in the FA Cup in midweek.

But both were taken off with apparent knocks. In addition, George Saville and Lewis Wing are also giving cause for concern, Saville having ankle issues and Wing groin.

"We'll have a look at them today and see how they physically and mentally," Pulis told the club website, www.mfc.co.uk.

"Yesterday we didn't do a lot after travelling back from Newport and the lads missing out on a night's sleep.

"Having 24 hours of no rest and non-stop travelling - we just opened them up a bit yesterday.

"If we have to leave one or two out then we we'll do that. There's 16 games still to go and we have to be mindful of that. We'll pick the team as we see fit."
