SHILDON have been handed a tough away draw in the second round of the Buildbase FA Vase.
The Railwaymen, who beat Glasshoughton last Saturday, must travel to North Lincolnshire to take on Barton Town, who hammered Brandon 8-0 at the weekend.
West Auckland, who were exempt to this stage, must travel to West Yorkshire in order to play Thackley from the Northern Counties East League.
Last season’s beaten finalists Stockton Town have been drawn at home to the winners of Tuesday night’s game between Nelson and Ashington.
The draw as it affects the north east is: Hallam v Hebburn Town, Vauxhall Motors v Guisborough or Runcorn Town, Newcastle Benfield v 1874 Northwich, Winterton Rangers v Dunston UTS, Barton Town v Shildon, Garstang v Sunderland RCA, Thackley v West Auckland, Stockton Town v Nelson or Ashington.
Ties are due to be played on November 3.
