DARLINGTON’S Callum Tarren has made his mark to make the cut at the Czech Masters.
Tarren’s stunning opening round 64, eight-under, on Thursday was followed up by a level par second 18 holes to head into moving day in tied 13th on the outskirts of Prague.
After making his mark in the PGA China Tour as he looks to establish himself as a Tour player, he is making the most of his invitation to the Czech Republic.
And having torn up the Albatross course by shooting nine birdies on Thursday, he is now four off the lead following his level par 72 on Friday.
After bogeying the third he birdied the eighth and then tenth before recovering from a birdie bogey at 13 with a birdie at 15. His final bogey of the day arrived on 16th.
Tarren’s eight under total means he is chasing Malaysian Gavin Green.
