I SUPPOSE I started taking photographs a long time ago, then my husband bought me a second hand Nikon d3100 Dslr, and it went from there.
In 2016, I found out I had ovarian cancer and had to have an operation and undergo chemotherapy.
The photography was a life-saver because it got me out of the house, and this is when I fell in love with it.
I love to try new things and am experimenting with night photography now as the days grow shorter.
I think my favourite photo is inside York Minster and even though there are people in it I just love it.
My go to kit now is a Nikon D7200 with a sigma 18-300mm lens and a Sigma 10-20mm also.
I try not to over process my photos but do use Elements.
My advice is to get out there and do it, but there is always YouTube to help.
