IF you are a music fan and also enjoy the Halloween festivities, then Darlington will be the place to be during the last weekend of October.
On Friday, October 28, TFM Radio is hosting a bonfire and concert in the town’s South Park featuring boy band Blue and Tinchy Stryder.
The following day there is a Halloween ska punk festival taking place at The Forum Music Centre, featuring the ska bands Smoke Like A Fish and The Skalinskis, along with punk tribute outfit, No Fun, playing a mish mash of anthems by the likes of the Sex Pistols.
For years now, people have moaned that this town has not staged a Halloween-themed music festival, so I hope both events are well attended.
