RE Lynne Adams’ letter about having four cats go missing in two years at Brompton-on-Swale, near Richmond (HAS, July 23).
Our cat, which did not stray and only visited our neighbours’ gardens on both sides, was stolen.
She was in a welcome garden and another neighbour saw a car stop and someone pick her up before it was driven off. It is so sad that somebody can cause such heartache as we are suffering, especially when our cat was so happy.
