THE Labour Government that denies the working man a cigarette in his working man’s club is now going further.

It is removing competitive pricing on alcohol to penalise even the most moderate drinker.

This is the Government that seduced young voters with 24- hour drinking and a “Vote Labour” election campaign by text.

Labour can no longer trust the police to police, so to further its instinctive quest for bigger government, it is going to police us instead.

Publicans will not only have no right to decide whether they allow smoking or not, they will now be subject to a form of the ridiculous pricing policies that hindered consecutive governments in the 1970s.

Under Labour it is now perfectly legal to enjoy lewd sexual acts in public.

If you want to enjoy a cigarette afterwards you will be arrested, unless you are smoking cannabis, of course.

I am reminded of the nonsmoker who asked me to put out my cigarette OUTSIDE one of the town centre pubs during the summer, as it bothered them.

Outside was the smokers’ domain at that time, so, as an unassuming chap, I invited them to fornicate off, back into their domain.
